​Native Instinct LLC was founded in 2017 with the intent to provide unparalleled support and services to local, state, and federal government agencies. With strategic connections to manufacturing and production facilities around the United States, "NI" set out to provide quicker service, lower prices, and higher quality to its customers. 

From foundation through present-day, Native Instinct has completed over 360 contracts, totaling over $33M in products delivered and customer support.

Adam Lim, President and Founder
Adam leads the company as the owner and President of NI. Adam is a former Army Engineer Officer with many years of experience in combat and garrison environments. He has led teams from 3 to 117 Soldiers as a Sapper Platoon Leader, Construction Company Executive Officer, and a SOF Engineer. He has served in prestigious units such as the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and the 160th SOAR. He holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from West Point, NY, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, and a SAFe 4.0 Agilist (SA) certification. 


Seth King, Chief Operations Officer
Seth manages all company operations as the Chief Operations Officer at NI. Seth is a former Army Apache helicopter pilot with almost 10 years of experience leading teams in combat and garrison environments.  He has commanded groups of 10-190 Soldiers and served as a Platoon Leader, Executive Officer and Company Commander in the 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade and 1st Air Cavalry Brigade.  Seth holds a degree in Environmental Geography from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
